
Milla seeks to offer her students the opportunity to respect and explore their limitations and emotions. For her, yoga is a transformative universal tool that helps people interpret life from different perspectives.
With a background in international relations, Milla worked in the financial market before deciding to dedicate herself exclusively to yoga and meditation. With 20 years focused on caring for the mind and body, she has accumulated over 600 hours of mentorship in India and Kenya.
A TEDx speaker, she holds a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology, Well-being Science, and Self-Realization from PUCRS. And also a Master degree in sports psychology.
Aside from that, Milla has built a solid presence in the media, with three TV programs on Canal OFF (The largest lifestyle, wellness, and sports local TV channel): Alma Viajante, 4000 km Rumo ao Sul, and Respira e se Inspira, seasons I and II, in addition to her Instagram.
In the universe of martial arts, Milla contributed with the tools of sports psychology and yoga in the preparation of Ana Rodrigues for the IBJJF World Championship and the ADCC, as well as judoka Larissa Pimenta for the Paris Olympics (bronze medalist).
Milla is also a Life Coach for Women, certified by Woman To Be Brasil. She specialized in Hatha Yoga in Barcelona and Kerala; Power Yoga through the Africa Yoga Project and AcroYoga through the AcroBrasil Method.
